Returns & Refunds

At Lil Bunnies, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including tags and boxes).
  • The product is in saleable condition.
  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or embroidered items
  • Gift boxes and packaging materials
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories such as hairbands, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.

RETURN COLLECTION & SHIPPING FEES

  • Kuwait: Returns can be arranged through WhatsApp (collection fee KD 2).
  • GCC & International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

For orders paid via Tabby, the refund will be reflected in your Tabby account after their processing period.

Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For exchanges within Kuwait, a new delivery charge of KD 2 will apply.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDERS

All personalized, embroidered, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your spelling and details carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
